    Alright I payed $35 for a 07 account but got scammed. Luckily i sent him payment via goods but sadly his paypal isn't verified. When I disputed I put the options as item is entirely different from the description, so what are the chances of getting my money back?

    If you put it as goods/services and he can't provide a tracking number then i believe you have a good chance. If he manages to dispute the fact that it was intangible then it'd be a little harder to win.

    If you explain the situation to them I think they will comprehend, especially if your Paypal is verified and his isn't. If not through email, then call them.

    It's possible depending on how they respond to the claim. If they put that it was a virtual item you will likely lose

    I was in a similar situation awhile back for about the same dollar amount. After I was scammed I selected the dispute option on PayPal and instantly called PayPal. The agent I was talking to explained how digital goods are not covered by them, but since I've done many transactions through pp (and being verified) the dollar amount was fairly low he instantly refunded my money for me and expedited the dispute for me. I think the seller that scammed me also got in trouble through them.
    Idk if it mattered or not, but I also have a business PayPal account rather than a personal account. That could have helped me too.

    Getting scammed sucks, sorry about your loss :/

    Calling PayPal won't really do shit, they'll just say they'll look into it with no response back.

    But good luck anyways.
