How did you get all the 6 season 3 rank icons? I was under the impression the maximum was 3 - one for soloQ, ranked 5's and ranked 3's. You seem to have all 6 (challenger, diamond, platinum, gold, silver, bronze) which makes me question the validity of your picture.

Riot accounts are riot accounts which means rioters create them. They can choose what to put on the account etc. In this case, the rioter input all the skins up to season 4 I believe, because it has all the victorious skins but victorious morgana which was s4 award.
