How many hours of sleep do you have a day?

About 8 hours everyday, I heard it is the best amount for you!

 

Getting 7-8 hours on work/school days. Around 5-6 in weekends.

 

I like 10hrs - but run ideally on 7 I just like dem cuddles!

 

Usually like 5 hours or so. Definitely not optimal.

i use to go 2 hours a night at times. definitely feels like shit, but at least i get 7 hours on a good day now.

 

I usually go for 9 hours of sleep a day. Feel fresh in morning

 

I try to get 7-8 hours a night.

Although, sometimes I only get 3 hours, sometimes 12. Both both make me feel equally as bad.

 

7 hours a night these days, 8 when I'm less busy. 8 is so much better

 

I'm lucky if I manage 4 hours, like I try and try but i just toss and turn all night it's horrible. I even try take Melatonin and it barely helps.

I can't function with less than 8.

 

Anywhere from 6-12 hours depending on the day.

 

I usually end up averaging 8-9 hours with another hour or so on the weekends and less during the week.

 

8+ or else I feel undead

Like others said. In highshool(2 years ago) I would get 4 hours consistently. But now I work for myself(making websites & misc) and now I have no reason to get up. Recently I've been trying to get up and stop being so lazy. But I usually get 9 hours or more.

 

Normally 5-8 hours.
