Gud, possible scammer/name sniper

On April 1st I mm'ed a trade for him and (http://www.sythe.org/members/431293-circaxc.html)

The trade was an rsn for 40m 07. Gud was buying the name of ciraxc.

So I received the 40m and the account details. I changed the account details to my own and gave them to the buyer once secured and all information was confirmed. So the account worked perfectly he had logged on and everything. And he said he wanted to transfer it right now, but I warned him that the seller could possibly be attempting to snipe the name. He ignored me and continued anyways and said dont pay him until i've secured the name. I said fine, but I told him it wasn't mine or the seller's responsibility if it was sniped. Sure enough, it got sniped. I had to pay the seller out. The buyer had no proof the seller sniped it. Anyone could have. so I paid him out

Anyways, the guy raged at me and ended up providing screenshots of someone on the Tyler account saying he sniped the name and that he was the guy who sold the name to him.(http://gyazo.com/81bbd19bc5ba25b6a292713959fa6781)
So the guy kept telling me to refund him that it was solid proof. But obviously it wasn't.

Anyway he stopped raging eventually and forgot about it, and so did I. Recently I added the name tyler to my name thread and listed it as sniped.

Gud (the buyer who got sniped) pmed me saying

Now you'd have to be a complete idiot to buy a name off someone you had already attempted to buy it off before and he sniped you. (using an MM the 1st time as well)

I'm guessing they were friends trying to trick me or the same person, they did this to try and make back the 40m 07 for free, thinking I would refund it from my own pocket


He's attempting to sell the name again. And his story doesn't even add up

In OP he says he recovered it, a few posts later he said he bought it for a cheap price. In PM he said he bought it too..

What do you guys think? I'll provide proof for all of the conversations that went down in Skype if you think it's ban worthy.

Btw, the original seller is now banned

 

So he's selling a sniped name. Banned. He can pardon and I'm happy to unban him if he can prove he actually bought the name.
