Anyway to get a new account?!

Hello I saw my thread i posted earlier and i was banned a long while ago for scamming .. i dont even remember the trade there is screen shots of it. But i was in 7th or 8th grade at the time and i really wanted to come back to the sythe community now 4+ years later. I understand the ban evading part and all of that but i am not trying to Ban evade im trying to restart in the community... Is there anyway to wipe out all the accounts associated with my IP address to give me a new start? I would appreciate it alot. My old account was Flexability but as I said before i was in 7th or 8th grade. I dont remember even scamming the person or having the email and skype names in the screen shots that where given as evidence as a scam. I just want a fresh new start now that i am older and know what I am doing. So I appreciate you reading this.. if you cannot clear my IP address would it be possible for you to create me an account? If so i would like the username to be Peso and my email address is [email protected]. Like i said before i do take full responsibility for what has happened and want to make amends with the community. thank you for reading and goodbye! The only way you can return to the community is if you make a pardon and it passes the two stages of voting. To be eligible for a pardon, you must contact the victim in the above report to repay him the $100 you scammed. It looks like he still uses sythe, so if you'd like, I can pm him to get his contact information.
