Scam report EliteEloBoost (Hacked?)

Before you go through reading this I know that he is banned and was hacked but this is for me personally as I believe he should refund me as it's his fault he was hacked and me being quite new I didn't know he never did Runescape trades.

How they scammed: Did not send payment to right email which was clearly a scam that I picked up on.
