Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

First off, I know many staff have felt that I need to step back and take some time from sythe then return, which is why I chose to wait a month before pardoning, I have discussed my situation with Roary over the past month quite a few times and he gave me direct advice to take a step back and let the staff feel that I'm not impatient or immature and that I'm certainly not the same 13 year old kid I was in 2012.


Explanation:
During 2012 I played a RSPS named "Spawnscape" which averaged 200-300 online typically, Spawnscape at the time had dicing with "trusted dicer" or "bought trusted" which I was one of, Essentially what happened was like all stupid teenagers at age 13, I was as everyone says "Pixel hungry", and I foolishly chose to scam someone while dicing my virtual pixels on a game where pixels didnt even have value of any sort.


Why I deserve your forgiveness:

I am no-where near the same person I was at 13, back at that age I would of been a 8th or 9th grader with no friends, no family life, depressed and moody and extremely addicted to the Internet.

Since 2012 I have grown alot, both in maturity and understanding, I feel that my excellent rsps reputation shows all of you staff who I really am today then I who I was in 2012.

I would also like to point out to every staff and every person reading this, I have never, in my sythe history, had a scam report or had to pardon for anything scamming related, ever. In what I would say thousands of trades under lalapo and by myself in the rsps industry every single trade has been completed quickly and efficiently with customer service being my top priority.


I've sold to hundreds if not thousands of people successfully without any type of scam or issue related to it, I feel that my past should not equal my future, I was a 13 year old kid then and you would not even recognize who I am today compared to who I was.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to Roary for helping me understand exactly what my pardon should include, how long it should be, and most importantly, his advice on when I should pardon, I hope you all feel a 1 month,1 week ban is a large enough punishment for something I did in the past as a child, the past is no-ones future.

I would also like to point out to staff that in all the time of me being banned(the 4 weeks for self vouching,twc,this ban), I have had 0 ban evader reports, 0 scam reports, and 0 of every other type of report.

I have kept my nose well out of trouble and I hope you all take that into consideration .

If a direct apology is required then I absolutely do apologize for the action I committed, I hinted and obviously am extremely apologetic for committing such a stupid action when I was younger.

To answer your second question myself since thats what I assume u wanted, The answer to your question is both yes and no. Have I advertised,talked to or had anything to do with the selling process of any sorts by using people to conduct bussiness for me?No. Have I provided capital from the sidelines in return for a % and let them do everything?Yes.

As for an apology I hope I can convince you otherwise here:

-I am apologetic for my actions, I certainly hinted that Im not that person anywhere but did not direct apologize, and while that may of been a mistake, I am one of the few people who stood up and said I did that action, even in my dispute I took responsibility for my actions and said I did scam him but with repayment, I hope that helps you change ur mind on me because I'm no-where near who I was back then, I hope you view me admitting to the scam even in my dispute from a month ago as a postive in my maturity and possibly change ur mind .

I wish I had more to say to you then this, all I can tell you is in all my time on sythe I have never had a scam report besides this one and its back when I was 13, and yes I will have the twc regardless. All I hope for is that you sit and realize that people do change and I'm you wouldnt even recognize the old me to who I am today, thanks bud.

Hey Video thanks for taking the time to read my pardon and give your opinon of it.

If you dont mind, would u mind telling me what offences ur talking about as u said in the plural sense?


If you look back over my punishment logs, you'll find I've only had 1 offence on this site and that was for 3 fake vouches.

I think you may be thinking of the issue with Icody34 where I was orginally blamed for ban evading on him but it was sorted out that I was innocent(?)


I'm not sure if you were just busy at the time or got mixed up, but I actually only have 1 offence and its for 3 fake vouches, never had a ban evader, scam report or any other type of offence :O.

This pardon is for a rsps scam where the vaule of the gp scammed was $0, I was 13 years old and this was long before I came to sythe and started building myself into who I am today.


Hopefully you reconsider or look into this a bit more and hopefully change ur mind , if you dont, thanks for you time anyway but I'd appreciate hearing from you again.

The truth is you have been banned on sythe for multiple reasons in just the past 4 months including but not limited to fake vouching and offsite scamming. I'm not sure why you are telling me otherwise. For starters, there was this thread: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1804143-anti-bus369.html and yes you were unbanned for that but at the time it was deemed a bannable offense. I'm not here to argue what you think is a reflection of your character or not, in my eyes you've simply had too much of a rap sheet on this site for me to support your current pardon

 

The offence is years old, I think you get the message. And Im not gonna vote to keep someone banned on a feeling or "sketchiness" like others as there's no proof of any other offences. We could ban a lot of people, then. People have been unbanned for a lot worse after 3 years.
