Requesting a Pardon.

It was recently Temporarily Banned, due to ban evasion.

First of all, I admit it, I did scam two people here on scythe. I do wish to tell my whole story, about the reasoning behind it, but I'm sure not everyone will believe it, due to the fact that this is the internet and things said can't be trusted until seen with your own eyes.

But to cut down on my story. Long story short. I am currently 21, I went to College, UCR (University of California Riverside) to be exact, right after high school of course. What can I say, school wasn't my thing, I failed my classes got a bunch of loans, thinking I can still make it, but failed. Of course at that time financial aid was cut off and such. I then relied on Elo Boosting to help pay rent and survive in school. I then got kicked out after 2 years, since I barely kept the gpa and the 2nd year, i went below. My asian parents did not act well to this either. I come from a strict chinese family where all my cousins graduated college as doctors, of course me dropping out and doing nothing was the worse thing that can happen for my dad.

Sorry that I went on longer than I wanted to. But I got kicked out of the house as well. I am currently renting a room with a good friend of mine. Still no job, as its difficult finding a job without a car, and as being a socially awkward person in real life. So then again, I relied on virtual businesses to keep me going. At this point, I havn't played league for a while. But it was getting close the end of the month, meaning rent payment time. I was desperate, I knew I was rusty at league, I had 2 customers that paid me, and I started boosting, I tried my best , did well on my part, but wasn't good enough to carry the whole team. I lost the games, went lower in ranking instead of higher. I started panicing, I had the money to pay the rent, but the job wasn't done of course. I tried and tried to bring the ranking up but as each loss came by, things just got more frustrating and difficult.

Time was up. First day of the next month came, the job still wasn't finished. But I had used the money to pay rent. I just couldn't bare the fact of not paying rent to a good friend's parent. I abandoned my moral, and left the skype. Didn't log back on to it , I scammed my customers. I really didn't want to. I knew that they would demand a refund, the job wasn't done, not only that, I did a terrible job at what I told them I would do. There was no way they would just donate money to a guy like me, a person that messed up their account. I didn't have a choice but to ignore every message from them.

I now have time to rebuild , and I am trying to, as you can see with the new account, I'm trying to build good rep and a long term business on this site. I have quit League. and Boosting itself. I am no longer capable in that category. I barely have enough for next months rent, and I planned to use that time to build a more stable income. I've recently been hired as well, to a gold selling site, and get paid around $5/hour. I also still play runescape farming every day to get gold to sell. I've cut back on many expenses, to make sure I can last as long as I can. I've seen the many successful business that run long term on this site, and only because they've built up their rep and was loyal. I want to be that to, and I've been working towards it, as my new account had no troubles, no scam attemps or anything wrong.

I know I am still in the wrong, and I knew the few scams would come back to bite me in the ass. I am terribly sorry to those who I have scammed, I didn't have a choice, well...I actually did have a choice, but I chose the easy way out, which was to scam and pay my rent, again , I'm sorry for my rash decision. I am willing to pay back what I have scammed, but due to my current financial situation, it might take some time, maybe payments weekly until I fufill the full amount?

I am making this thread asking for a pardon, on my ban. Although my ban said temporary, I read the rules and it said that if there's a ban on the ip, all accounts are banned. I really hoped to have a future with my business on this community/forum. I made a mistake, one which I will never do again, if given a second chance. If given a second chance, I guarantee you guys will never have a problem with me again. I will never take on anything I can't do. This will be the last and only account you will ever see on my ip address.

I'm not trying to brag or boast myself up. But I want to be loyal to Sythe. I've recently had a banned scammer from this site, trying to team up with me, here was part of the chat. Person I was talking apparently was killeezy

Again, I am sorry for all the trouble I have caused, and hope to receive a second chance, you won't regret it. Won't have any problems with me.

 

Contact the victims and see what you can work out regarding paying them back.

Sorry for making a new thread, but I dont know how to reply since it doesn't let me, and makes me make a new account.

I have talked to the person that I have scammed, and we worked out a deal that I would pay him a bit of money every week , since I don't have money, until it adds up and refunds him his full amount.

But in order for me to do this I would need to earn money. If possible, may I use my sythe account to fulfill this , with my business. I can send screenshots of money sent to him every sunday.
