I was permed once in 2011, but I was pardoned in June 2012. Other than that, all of my bans have been SRBs (aside from when I got hacked, but luckily since I reacted quickly enough and had 2FA on my sythe account, no one was scammed)

"TH9 Near Maxed All". Don't you beleive that implies to the maxing of the TH9 base? Whenever people discuss "rushed" or "maxed" out bases on coc they are almost always meaning for the current TH the base is at.
