Reducing Phish Links

They can't be stopped, but they can be minimized. Would it be possible to add a restriction of X amount of minutes between posting topics? These people posting phish link topics right now have free reign over posting in as many sections as they want before being banned.

 

I'm clueless in web coding but i know on other forums one's able to censor type of links, so wouldn't it be possible to just censor any links that aren't runescape.com?

But yeah, I don't see why we can't limit making new topics to one per 5 minutes or something.

 

Or make it so non of the URL are click able so you see in full

 

My point was that there's more to this site than just rs links lol.

The suggestion is to add a time limit between posting new topics, which is a good idea. Blocking all links is a bad idea.

 

This limit was literally being bitched about being too high just a few months ago, and lowered. There will never be a "happy medium" as someone will always have a complaint favoring higher/lower delay.
