He is the original owner of the account. When I enter the password it does not state the account is locked, it just says the password is invalid. The account has been recovered. Why would you say that you are the original owner of the account, there is no reason to put that liability onto yourself. I bought his account from Origen, he recovered the account and is not going to hand it over without me buying it again.

So what you're basically telling people is that you are allowed to recover an account as long as it passes through two trades.

This was the verdict; we're still working out an official stance on account trades and should hopefully have a new rule sometime soon regarding them.


A has an account. He sells to B, who sells to C, who sells to D.

The account gets recovered, so D asks C for a refund, which C must give or be banned. C then asks B for a refund, which must be given or be banned. B then asks A for a refund or be banned. If B doesn't refund C, that doesn't mean C doesn't need to refund D. That's how it should work.

However, the case you're asking about is different because in an A B C chain, B managed to scam both A and C. A, completet within his right to do so, counter scammed B for his money back. However, by doing so, C was fucked out of his account. Neither party should suffer from B's scam entirely, instead they should both share the burden, and so A must refund half of the account's value to C or be banned.


So you're entitled to a half-refund from floomer.

 

But A began the whole chain reaction to B scamming A after I informed B that A recovered the account.
