Detailed Description of What Happened:

You can attempt to quit RuneScape for maybe what?.. 1 day? 1 week? 1 month?.. Even 1 year???.. What always happens?

You return!... So here I am, my future on this game, or my future of trying to run a successful "business" on this game, relies solely on.. Your Supports. Here I am again, back for more.

Why am I not begging to be back? Or crying that I did nothing? Or trying to use my 50 Vouches, $50+ Donator status, or that I've successfully traded over $1,500 as a poor excuse to weasel myself back? Because none of that matters right now. What matters is getting back on Sythe, back in the community, and back on track. Some of you already know my story on what happened. But I am going to tell it again...

My vouches are thriving, business is blooming, profit is pouring. What can go wrong? This is what can go wrong.. A 12 year old kid can enter your business as a nice constant client.. He's an addict to the dueling arena. What was I doing? Feeding his addiction, he needed gold, I had it. I actually became good buddies with this kid because he was a hilarious little sh*t. He would yell and rage, and it was just the most funny thing.. Then one day.. He scammed one of my buddies, then actually somehow scammed me, I thought I was scam proof. The amounts of the scam or why he scammed has no relevance to my pardon, this is where it gets relevant. You have to imagine yourself as me for a minute. Myself and a very good buddy just got scammed by a 12 year old little sh*t, you'd have to imagine we were p*ssed because we just let a 12 year old steal from us. My buddy came up with the idea to "gather his info". I'm talking basic stuff to scare this kid to repay. Just stuff like Facebook, or a general location of where you live. Not pinpoint address, but like a big city near you. So he gathered the info, then what I did was do the most dumbest thing ever. I decided it was a good idea to mass my Skype list this info and man, within 2 minutes I realized what I did, and boy was it dumb. I understand it's illegal, and just straight up not right. So what I did then, was hand delete, yes, hand delete 150 messages to my contacts which took approx. 20 pure minutes of straight up deleting messages one by one... Only about 15-30 people were online, so in a scale to 150, not many saw it, and if they did they probably didn't even care, or even care to read the message. You guys have to understand I 100% fully understand what I did wrong, and it wasn't out of the blue, I and my buddy were scammed, and we were mad. Please understand I realized my mistake and fixed it before anything actually happened, but I still respectfully paid the consequences and served my sentence. This was quite a bit ago, I believe it's been longer than 8 months since it actually happened. When I lost my first ban appeal, I sold all my stuff. Sold my full setup that I had and just relaxed in the real world. I realized my mistake and I won't ever do some stupid crap like that again. If you have any questions for me please ask, my last pardon didn't let me write responses; I don't know why. So feel free to add me on Skype: "WolfSythe". But honesty I just want to put this behind me and finally move on, and just forget this even happened. All in all, I won't be upset or complain if you guys don't support me, I'm joining the Army in June so if you guys don't support I'll just move on once and for all, even though I really do want to be back in the Community, I believe I served my sentence and punishment and really hope I can be back. Please support me guys.

Some questions you guys will have for me may be;

Do you have proof of being scammed? Answer is no, I since then got a new Phone, new skype app and none of my messages carried over. Plus I believe I deleted everything when I did quit. I also will have a new computer aswell.

Do you have any messages about me requesting info on a Dox? Answer is no, everything that was said was said in a call. No trace of messages were typed about it. What was said was just out of rage and we wanted payback, it was the stupidest thing to do.

Basically I have new Computer and new Phone. None of my old messages from like a year ago has came up, so therefore you will just have to trust me here, I didn't go to any crazy extent of how to find this guy and try to mail him stuff like I know other crazy people do when they get info about them. All I had was basic information like a generalization of where he lived, etc, nothing too serious from what I know was done. I honestly just want to come back, everyone probably claims and says they changed and they're mature, blah blah, but none of that is true until they prove it to you guys and the community. That's why I want the chance to return to Sythe again to prove I am going to be a worthy member everyone knew me as. I must say, after I did get banned, many of my regulars who used me as a MiddleMan, continued to use me and trusted me as their MM until I finally sold my stuff. Just putting that out there.

I've been clean of any bad activities, I've been clear of any sketchy things, I've just stayed away and went on my own. I'm clean and clear now I really believe I deserve to be back.

That report you pulled up was a double imposter scam, which was resolved if you read the old pardon replies which Entrr does confirm, it was cleared up and solved when it wasn't a scam if you care to read the replies. I hope that's not the reason you gave me no support.

 

Just saw that, thanks. Spamming 150 people with someone else's personal information is not okay, but I guess you removed it quickly. Weak support from me on this one.

 

Do you remember anyone on your contact list of those 150 people that you messaged that could look back in their logs to verify they have a deleted message from you from that date? Surely you must have had a few active members added that could verify it.

 

Yes, I'm pretty sure Entrr, Superfluous, Demonic, and some others. Do you know the exact date? I Think someone made a report of the incident that day, and if you find the report then I can see the date and some of you can go back into the chat logs and see. I deleted the messages that were sent literally right away after realizing how dumb it was.

You guys must know that something like this will never happen again. I did it solely out of rage and it's not like I went out on a scam spree like half the other people would have, then they would have came back months later, paid off whoever they scammed, then got let back on the site. You guys need to put some feelings into this, I'm truly sorry, this should have never happened and it won't ever happen again. Please support me on letting me back.

 

Mass message was sent at 10:32 pm EST on June 2nd 2014. The messages were mostly deleted by 10:48 pm after me telling him what he's doing really isn't right. The guy refunded him 140m 07 that he initially scammed. He also sent another mass message apologizing for the previous message containing personal information at 10:35 pm.

Now everyone is up to speed. Also that took me a long fucking time to find.

 

So yeah, messages were deleted within 10 minutes of being sent. I hand deleted every single message for a good hour. I hope you guys know my mistake and I understand and it's been nearly 1 year since the incident. Thank you.

No support. Not only did you conduct yourself in an incredibly poor manner during your time here, but you displayed large bouts of immaturity (not just what you got banned for, and I can say that unbiased because I was just an average user at the time and was put-off by said immaturity).

Another thing that rubs me the wrong way is your comment on the Army. If you are truly joining the Army in June, why come back for a month since you're "ready to move on"?

I don't know, seems sketchy to me. Maybe in 6 months after knowing for sure you want to come back & keep your nose clean. The only other reason for a brief comeback would be to cause more chaos, basically.

Just my opinion, could be wrong - but it's a no from me this time around.

 

I'm not joining the Army anymore. I wrote this pardon up the last time and didn't change much. My plan is actually to go to University for 4 years because I was talked into going to the Army after 4 years of college, then become an Officer.

But as to your point in me being an annoying member of the community, I was. I won't deny it. I understand if you don't support me, because it's your decision. I'll live with it. I believe I'm at 2 supports now, maybe 3. Don't know if Entrr supported or not.

My idea was that if I did get all supports and passed through to get unbanned I would return to the community as a changed person, not like I was. I won't be sitting here spamming everyday like I did, and be annoying like I was. I'm going to be different, trust me. If I don't get supported and let back I am going to give it up as a whole and not return in 6 months. Just know Duke you were like me before, a regular user who just uses Sythe like I was. But now you're a mod, and I wasn't surprised to see it because I knew you had it in you. But as far as supporting me, I hope you change your mind because I want to prove to you that I will not be the same person as I was last time around.

It seems as if your "No Support" is only coming blanantly from an opinion not expressed from my actual pardon. My "maturity" level 1 year ago has no relevance to my pardon and your reasoning for your no support was "it seems sketchy". You're entitled to you support or no support, but your reasoning behind you not supporting me is BS and you know it. You just didn't like me at the time and using your expression of feelings toward your support rather than facing the actual facts of the pardon, and giving a real reason why you wouldn't support me.

 

I mean, I could basically just use this as more ammo towards your immaturity and arrogance (talking down to me/like I'm a moron that cant separate personal feelings from professional decisions). However, I already stated in the terms of your pardon why I don't support you, you're sketchy in my opinion (which has been grounds for outright vetoes by administrators, and you "know it").. What you did to get banned was childish and I question if you're being truly remorseful versus just telling us what you think we want to hear.

But again, I'll state why I don't support this time around

-What you were banned for in the past seems like something that could be a recurring problem.
-Your general attitude is poor.
-You lack maturity (solely my opinion). Telling me my reasoning is BS just because you don't agree with it is a pretty telltale sign of immaturity. You let frustration cloud your judgment.
-I don't consider "time" being the only deciding factor in character reform. Yeah, you were banned a while ago, it doesn't mean you've changed for the better (not saying you haven't, just saying I don't fully buy it, which is my right & my right to have an opinion).
-If you're joining the Army in June, why do you want to come back to Sythe so badly? While this doesn't really matter, I'm trying to wrap my head around why someone would want to come back for a mere month and then likely splinter off into inactivity anyway. A cynic would say that's for revenge.
-You misinterpreted my analysis. I didn't say I "didn't like you" when I was not a mod. I said I was put-off by your immaturity. As in, "Do I think Wolf has learned his lesson or is he just saying he did"... My opinion is the latter, you can disagree with me all you want. An immature person is more apt to make the same mistakes of the past, despite the bold claims of doing otherwise. Your bravado does you no favors, as it just does not come off as earnest to me.
-You're already changing your story on the army, not saying it's a lie, just...convenient to change previously stated facts to try and sway my opinion.
-Like I said, in 6 months if you kept your nose clean, I'd probably support your pardon. I think some day you can be an asset to this site, absolutely. I just question if you're truly remorseful for your actions. I will concede one thing, I should have gone into this full detail last night, but was sleep deprived - but it doesn't impact my judgment. It's a no from me this time around still. Doesn't mean you can't get the supports you need from elsewhere and prove me wrong.

Now I understand why you became a mod. You're definielty mod material and definetly great for the job. I really do appreciate the repsonse that you gave me as I'll take it as constructive critism. You're right, my story is sketchy. But also plans change in life, I got a offer from a nearby university for a free accosiates degree, so I mine as well accept that instead of signing off to the army without taking the free school. Look Duke Blue, I really respect you 100% now as I did take this before as a "Me vs. you". I guess I am still quite immature which I'll admit. But I am growing up and I definielty am much more mature than I was when I was active on this site. I understand why you would think I want revenge by coming back on, but I truly do want to come back on for the Better, and I really do want to prove you wrong. I appreciate you saying I can be a great asset to Sythe, thank you. But we will never know unless you guys give me the chance here to show you. And I know for a fact if I do get my supports and I do get let back in, you guys will know you made the right decision.

 

And I apologize for not giving you the full details immediately versus aw waiting your response. So I don't hold it against you for the initial frustrated response. I could see how it seemed like a me vs you thing at first. I think you have potential to be an asset to this site, and while I don't give the nod now, I would in 6 months if no other incidents arose.

That said, it's still up to the rest of staff to make the decision. If you came back I would hold no ill-will toward you. Being mature isn't a pre-requisite for this site. I'm just saying that it'll get you places. God knows I've been immature plenty of times too.

I'll leave it to the rest of staff now to see if you get the remaining supports to get this to a vote. And despite my saying no this time around, I do wish you luck in that process.

 

Hey fellas. Just responding to my pardon to see what's going on and if any other mods/admins have any input? I've only received 2 Supports right now, from Super & TTB. Entrr wasn't clear about supportig but I hope he does. I know you guys are busy and what not, but Im planning to buy a computer very soon, but what's holding me back is this pardon. I'm not going to come back to RS unless I get back on Sythe, therefore not buying a computer unless I get back on here. Just seeing what's goon on, thanks guys.

First let me be the first to admit I have a ton of sympathy for scam victims and actions/threats they make after having recently been scammed. It's a very emotional time and oftentimes these victims say/do things they don't mean.

That said, you went far beyond making idle threats and you actually doxed a user and released his information to 150 other people. Not only that, you asked those people to send him pizzas, which is a crime and incredibly unethical. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for user privacy on the internet and this site and I cannot support this given your disregard for said user privacy. Also the fact that you managed to get permanently banned from sythe for a very serious offense less than 3 months after joining does not exactly reflect well on an argument that you should be allowed back

 

Thanks for your response Video. I completely understand what I did and I am doing my best trying to move on from it. As Entrr said, I sent the mass at 10:32, and then deleted every message by 10:48, but also sent an apology mass within 3 minutes of the initial mass. Only about 20 people were online and I presume most of them were the big gold sellers who don't even look at the messages anyways. I still hand deleted 150 messages and sent full apologies all within 10 minutes of the initial situation. It was all solved as fast as I could and I did it all out of rage and unmindfulness. I understand what I did, and I respect your decision but I really think you guys should know I've learned what I did and I know what I did was wrong, and I sincerely apologize for it. Please take in consideration that I know what I did was wrong and I did my best to fix it.
