Ex- friend got me perma banned on league - help.

Okay pretty confusing title I understand but hear me out. About season 1 I got into league when I was at my first year university I stumbled across league, I wasn't too serious about it and by the end of it I only usually played when my room-mates played too. At the end of season 2 I was level 30 and with any free time I was getting prepared to start ranked, safe to say I had an act for this game within my first 100 games I got into gold and was having so much fun on this game, however work became more time consuming for me and I didn't really have time for this game.

So season 4 goes by and by then I've played about 200 more games and I'm now in plat 5 but here is when I get scum bagged. I met a guy on runescape we're talking a while back, without the huge story we became really close friends, I could tell he wasn't interested in money because after a few months we started trusting each other, we would talk every day, skill and go bossing after about a year I had to revise my A levels and didn't have much time for runescape and was about the time of quitting runescape for good for no distractions, he was reluctant that if I gave him my account nothing would go missing and if I ever came back everything would still be there - I eventually did. After my exams I took a break for around 3 months, I came back on and went onto runescape, no password change and I still had my 400m ish bank, my friend - lets call him Jim welcomed me back [trying to keep it as short as possible on the un-relevant side.]

As my exams are now over I have a lot of free time, I decide to hit up computer games which is when I started talking to Jim again, he also played league but unfortunately devoted a lot of his time and was stuck in low bronze. As a friend I tried my hardest to win games for him when I could like his promos and gave him quite a few tips on how I play.

It's around s4 now Jim got into silver and I was in plat, when mystery gifting was introduced we pretty much did it 24/7, it became that time again when I put priorities first and started playing less and less on the computer, I still spent so much time with Jim and we occasionally went on games like runescape again, we were really close. ^.^

Heres when it all goes crazy, after not playing for a bit when mystery gifting had been taking away it returns and you can gift 5 times a day, as I was a bit of a freak when it came to skins and gambling I decided to buy a lot of RP, we did a few gifts. At this point im nearly plat 4 me and Jim skyped a lot and I told him I was going on a planned holiday in a couple of days for a few weeks and he asks if he can go on my account to gift him and he'll return, seemed reasonable so reluctantly I trusted him without ease, it was league I doubted he could scam me, and he was very honest doubt he'd scam £20 worth of RP.

I was right he never scammed me but what he did was a lot worse. He played ranked because he wanted too see what "high" elo was like he lost A LOT of games, he said each game he felt bad and tried making up for his mistakes, he lost a ridiculous amount (about 15) and demoted me back to gold 5, I came back to a ton of skype messages too him expressing how sorry he was, we pretty much got into a huge argument and petty insults came into it, he changed my password and at the time there was no email verification, or at least I hadn't found the time to set one up I saw this as a huge insult to our friendship and it ended after that. We deleted each other off of skype and that was that.

Now, I decided to email riot to get it recovered and it did successfully, I thought that was that UNTIL about 1 week later it gets permanently banned for "account sharing" the scumbag Jim was that mad about it that he actually reported me saying I tried selling the account etc...

Pretty much this is the backbone of this story there was more detail but would be too long. I cannot just make a new account or buy one like suggested , this had nearly every champion and so many rare skins I cant even explain how devastating it is.

I forgot about league to do my final exams, and only recently sent an email too riot hoping for an unban which has been nearly a year, got a firm reply saying no basically, is there any way this can get quashed? I'm super desperate and invested so much time into this game, I got scumbagged and that is all. PS I changed the RS pass before he could scam me.
Additionally I had never been banned before this nor' restricted in any way for breaking the summoners' code and infact had been rewarded with the santa baron and crest of honour. Please help guys, what do I do?

Its worth writing a email to support explaining all of this. And if it don't work out you can always make a new account and use boosting services ect here to help you regain . good luck!

 

Write an email explaining, however, you did technically account share.

Also, 15 losses wont demote you from Plat 4 to Gold 5.

 

Try sending an email explaining your situations, worth a try.

 

Can also try posting on league subreddit, if people upvote it it'll catch riot's eye.

You kinda broke the rule of account sharing so it will be hard for riot to return account, still worth it to attempt to get your Account back, gl man
