Explanation of the trade:
I originally bought OrigenPB's rs07 account for 165m. The account was locked and Origen was banned. I contacted the ORIGINAL owner of the account "Floomer" and he said he wouldn't return the account to me even though I paid for it.

If he didn't sell you the account and you can't prove he recovered it, I don't see how he's liable. Though that skype picture does look familiar; might have seen it in a scam report before.
