    You'll find various people trying to sell to you, even if you get a recovery test there's still a chance of recovery.

    The only person i know that has a maxed account that matches your description right now and is reputable is Jake castle.

    Still if you're willing to purchase mine, it might require some training but you'd never have to worry about recovery ;)
