you need a skype profile pic linking the skype account and the sythe account: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1331084-attention-all-skype-proofs-must-include.html

you also need to show that the account was recovered. show that the login you were given doesn't work and that he sent it to you from the skype that was pm'd to you on sythe. you can pm me this stuff if it contains sensitive info

I contacted the user, and he refused to tell me his skype. Guessing he's hiding evidence that would damn him in this report :/. Gonna go ahead and ban him, feel free to pardon if I'm wrong.
