Feedback required - Sythe logo

how did you put it against the BG if you don't have the .png?
plus you did it wrong.

 

he's a professional gfx artist too. Not too hard to recrop for him I guess

 

Point is, it's done wrong. He's kept dimentions the same as current logo

Too much going on, you're trying to make something out of every letter. Drago, tree, scales, some sort of castle, and whatever the weird thing on the end is. It's 2015, not 1990. Simplicity is key. The dragon is brilliant (as is the rest, it's just too much), and should be the main feature with regular (sort of textured/aged) letters following.

 

I think you have your years the wrong way round

 

The H is not in the same style as the rest of the letters, the T is too thin compared to the others.
The E has very strange lighting.
The S is just brilliant.
Overall, I'm not a fan of the new logo and I prefer the current one.
But I am a fan of your works and how you put alot of time into it.

 

Spoken to Richard, along with several others the T is much different in width to others, i'm going to be fixing that.

All of your stuff looks really good, I personally prefer the blue over red

 

Made the T thicker.
