TWC unfairly

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
So basically DNO is upset about a picture on my old website, and claiming it was a fake vouch. a few things wrong with this... http://i.imgur.com/GkU9CaH.png the picture DNO is complaining about was part of my website gallery of runescape trade images and not my vouches...if you look at the picture again, it clearly states that you "click the coin" for my vouches were you would be linked to my twitter account with 700 documented big swaps i have done https://twitter.com/oakdice . also lets have a closer look at the picture DNO refered to http://i.imgur.com/GkU9CaH.png in the picture i say in the chat box "show one more time i wanna screenie" meaning that anyone with eyes will know that the picture wasn't a swap, but a screenie of the guys bank. if i would have blocked out that text then yeah it would be an issue, in which i dnit. Also nowhere on my old website did i refer to that picture as my vouches...the coin next to the gallery says "click here for vouches" in which you will clearly see my vouches on twitter.

Now SuperFluous was upset with an account called b00m78 here on the forums with an exact same ip who was purchasing a "fake bank video" http://www.sythe.org/graphics-marketplace/1821410-buying-fake-huge-bank-07-clip-20m-07-a.html . I don't wanna expose anybody, but i know the guy personally and he wanted the bank video on youtube to show off to his subsribers, i mean i dont see anything wrong with that, also in his post he quotes

"Im not using this video to scam anyone haha, if this thread seems fradulant or wrong please let me know. I just want to really trick my friends this april 1st xD" his post has been unedited btw and you can check, and he didnit even end up buying the video, you can check hos chat / pm logs for proof. i mean it would be pretty hard to scam someone with a meer fake bank video....because the person would be smart enough to ask for evidence that its real, like mabye a trade in game showing. Also if you believable that b00m78 is me, why didn't my old website coincidentally have a fake video video linked on it xD? Would only make sense

sorry for all the text, i mean i just came to sythe from twitch and i want to become big here, that TWC really really upset me, because it will scare my customers and i get a high volume of trafic on my website www.oakdice.com here is proof of my trafic over the course of 3 days. http://gyazo.com/d05f683ce9bd8d0ea3153c445999c02b as you can see 500 people have used my livechat service, which is alot.

i just trying to say that there is nothing fishy about me...DNO was in my former clan and he knew me and my brother very well, thats how he quickly knew b00m78 would have the same ip as me( i mean how else would he magically link me and b00m78 within hours of me making my very own sythe account)....hes trying to ruin my bushiness in spite, for us leaving his clan.

 

Not buying it. You're an ip match for boom. "His" last post was the day before "you" made this account, and "he" posted about fake bank vids on that account. That's sketchy and deserving of a twc imo. I'll leave this open for other opinions, but that's where I stand.

Also why are you showing pictures of other people's banks on your site in the first place? It creates a false image for your customers. (No need to respond, just rhetorical...)

Also the picture gallery on my old website again was not my official vouches nor was it to trick people in any way to thinking that guy was swapping 2b. you can cleary see in the chat i say in game "lol trade again so i can screenie it" which was also visible, if i would of blocked that chat, then yeah that's sketchy/.

Look at his from his perspective. He owns a swap CC or whatever, and is heavily involved in RS. There is nothing wrong denying having a second account, in fact, it's smart on his part to avoid being caught for RWT or something alike.

Also, the thread where he requests a fake 07 bank video is for April fools, - check the date.

I don't even know this bloke, but his TWC is unwarranted.

 

my only issue is that they made the post about me, not for the safety on the fourms but purely out of spite.... as shown here, i mean why else try to mock and annoy me, if it wasnt there goal THEY KNOW IM LEGIT, THEY KNOW ME
May i remind you, that my account was created on the 2nd on april and look at my vouch page... http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1821988-oakdice-vouches.html i mean i have bigger vouches then most ppl in the runescape catagory in like 4 days lol, and btw still no scam issues have come up =.=

 

Anyone else have thoughts? Thinking I might ultimately side with sellerman on this...

 

Unless anyone is strongly opposed I'm thinking about removing this. If I were in his position damn right I'd fucking deny the shit out of owning that other account. Jagex finds out he rwt's oakdice gets banned for real world trading on Runescape and after that he's fucked because you can't advertise swapping without Jagex knowing and Jagex knowing it's him will just keep banning him.

 

I think the TWC can be removed, I think Oakdice is really paranoid of RWT bans and that's where most of this sketchiness comes from.
