Program that monitors traffic and auto blocks ip's from a certain amount of time depending on if they are obviously dosing or ddosing. Anyone know of something like this?

 

Sure. There is something like this; however, you are usually not going to find this unless you are running a server stack and have hardware. You are looking to null route IPs, I assure you that your host will do that for you, but you might not like it.
