[2nd opinion]disputing my ban

jiajun75 was my 8th vouch, i acquired 4 more. 3 of which were name sales and 2 where they went first to me.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: jiajun states in his report that i deleted him off skype. Yes i did. I delete people off my skype weekly, nothing personal i just don't like having a huge list of people on skype not knowing/remembering who they are. I added him back and tried talking to him but he just deleted me. I would love to try and help him because I obviously want my sythe account un-banned. I tell him that my names aren't all first-hand created and owned by me in our conversation (see below).

here's our conversation when initially conducting the name sale. I state that I received/bought some names off ex-sythe users. I can't control what those users do with the accounts if they are somehow able to recover them? I will not sell any names that i've acquired off banend sythe users anymore if I'm allowed to come back to sythe though.






I would honestly try and help jiajuan if he accepted my contact request back on sythe, but he added me briefly for a day then once i got the chance to talk to him he did not respond and just deleted me again.

Please moderators, I am a legit sythe user, I acquired vouches after this trade and why would I recover this name almost a month after the trade (21st january shown in skype messages)? If I had wanted to keep/scam the name, he transferred it and I could easily have just sniped it then, but no I am legitimate and just want to get rid of the name. I also have other names for sale on sythe so I would not jeopardise my chances of selling those names that will amount to a lot of rs3 gp. Please, see how unreasonable and illogical it is for me to recover this name and un-ban me.

I would like an update please. I've added Drento on skype and tried to message multiple times for over a week now and I have not been replied to.
Drento says that he's PMed the user and awaiting for an ASAP response. @Drento, could you please tell me what happened about this?

Would love to hear back from you. Really really eager to get my account unbanned.

It seems he's not responsive. Could I get a second opinion from another moderator please so I can get my issue looked at/solved quicker?

I asked you to post unedited/non cropped posts. If you could do that AS well as provide proof of attempt at contacting jiajuan.

From what I read in your last screenshot you haven't made an attempt to assist them really. I don't like that I haven't been able to get ahold of Chriss but at the BEST case I might consider an unban with a TWC.

I would like to see some sort of repayment.

@Drento, thanks for getting back to me. I was going to try and assist him after he replied to me on skype but he never did, he just deleted me.
I would greatly appreciate it if you did re-consider my ban. I honestly had nothing to do with this and it's been so long i've been away from sythe now I would even accept a TWC on my account if I was to come back (although hopefully temporarily), but yeah, would really appreciate it.

i've presented my case and Drento has asked for a second opinion. I can see many other mods are active in this part of the forum, would someone mind having a look at my case? Sorry to be impatient, but I just really want to get back to sythe.

I think an unban with a TWC is fine, especially since the other user is not responding. If he ever does get in contact with you though, please try to help him out.
