    Hello,

Ordered graphics from me around 23 hours ago. He just messaged me demanding a refund. I told him my tos says orders get completed within 48 hours.

    Demanding refund?

Tell him to wait. Unless you're feeling generous enough to give him a refund before doing more work for him, I see no reason why he should get his money back if the agreement was that you'd have something for him in 48 hours.

edit: apparently you've been refunded since the user hadn't started on your request.

By the way, though, ToS aren't binding, and if they are trumped by a Sythe rule, your ToS are invalid. For example, if you said "No refunds, ever" in your ToS and then never finished the work you promised, you'd be required to refund; this isn't an issue in this report, but just fyi.
