    What's up boys. Been a while.

    This is about pin lines. If you know what those are, you'll get it.
    Basically, the Australian phone company TeIstra figured out people had been using their internal emergency phone lines to get free rs pins from surfpin/Jagex.

    From the looks of it, instead of fixing the system and accepting the what couldn't have been more than six figures of losses, they decided to offload the charges onto their clients' bills in 2012. Some clients caught on, and after much haggling, got TeIstra to pay for the "majority" of charges. I'm sure many clients missed the fine print and ended up paying for Te1stra's mistake, and your runescape membership time.
