Skrill account restricted [Help]

After receiving a few chargebacks for selling gold on Skrill, my account was locked.
I talked with their customer support over the phone and they told me to respond to this email:



Has anyone else had this problem before?

And what is the best way to go about answering these questions?

I hope to be able to withdraw my funds on Skrill
even if they decide to discontinue my account.

 

Happened to us before, we replied honestly and our account got unlocked. Ours was a business account though, if yours is a personal account they may react differently.

They will allow you to withdraw the funds, they can't legally just confiscate it, you may have to wait a period of time before withdrawing though.

 

Answer honestly.

 

Be prepared to fill out a 5 page questionnaire that takes them a week to over a month to process.
