Laptop too hot?

Use an Egg Carton ! It will prevent your laptop from getting hot !
Put the laptop ontop of the egg carton .

 

Why? just because of the increased air circulation?

 

I bought a vent it was 15$

 

What about bringing my laptop in public? I think it would be a little bit embarrassing for me to bring an egg carton for my laptop haha.

 

I use a pad that I bought on Amazon and it has a built in fan and keeps mine nice and cool

my laptop fan is broken so it overheats alot. This will be useful!

 

Wouldn't the egg carton melt because the laptop underneath will be too hot?

Very close to TJ Max when at 90%-100% load.

There's only 1 intake fan underneath my laptop.

 

I have a laptop cooling pad, works and it doesn't smell like eggs lol

must large egg cartons are made of cardboard .. ? only the smalls ones are Styrofoam at least where i live

Another one I heard of is using 4 bottle caps, just to keep the laptop lifted. Might work, might not - my old laptop would still heatup.

 

Eggs (in a carton) or a carton that previously had eggs in it usually are odorless.

You can just just a book, more stable than a carton.

I use these big ass lego blocks lol, pretty much same result tho.

If you got your laptop plugged in all time you should take the battery out btw it'll make it less hot.
