    I think this patch will make elise broken again, the scutter crab vision will also be significant I think.

    Lux is really strong on this patch. Does more long range damage, and athenes was buffed.

    Finally they lowered the CD on Nocturne's ult.

    Also, I was one of the few people that still loved Athene's even after the nerf, so now that they're buffing it, I'll love it even more. :)

    Both Ziggs and Athene's buffed in this patch...

    Curious to see how Ryze is now considering the damage buff almost brings him up to par with how he was before 4.19.
