Elite caper9 TWC removal request

I am here after my original thread was closed by Roary with the conclusion that "you can show your legitimacy through completed, successful trades"
I have just been carrying about my business, as usual. The TWC hasn't slowed down getting customers but it has brought a lot of questions being asked
which is quite tedious to have to explain over and over.

Brief summary; 2 individuals ordered a firecape from me. The first guy ordered it very late in the night and I specifically said I couldn't do it now but he could leave
the details with me and I would do it in the morning. I was talking to him on skype via my mobile phone as I was literally in bed. I woke up in the morning to find
a hurl of abuse which he has so conveniently deleted which R2P didn't bother picking up on.

The 2nd guy I complete his cape and he gets on the account, checks everything is in order and then as a result writes up a vouch. Moments later though, he changes his mind
and says he was actually hacked and his "Full guthans" was missing eventhough I had no bank access and no guthans available to me lol.... again R2P didn't bother picking this up.


In conclusion - I have always been proud of my 100% clean record. I have had access to incredible accounts, banks of considerable size and my vouches are mountainous yet he completely
seemed oblivious as though rushed to get me TWC. I will always maintain my innocence. I would never steal a dime off any soul and I think I've been dealt with very harshly and unjustly.

Please could you review the TWC sanction and see If I could have it waived?

However, as it is always the case, I find, they just want to get free money. You can see from this picture that he wants me to donate him 18m and then he would "cease" all the reports and accussations. Otherwise, he'll "blast" what I now understand to be my firecape thread.

From the logs that report was baseless and there is the major contradiction where he says he only has 4m then suddenly 27m is gone. Conveniently he omitted that part of the conversation from his report. With that being said I can see why the TWC was issued. Ultimately on the basis of the contradiction & continued vouches I'm willing to support a removal in TWC.

I support the removal of his TWC. The buyer withheld a bunch of relevant information, therefore his claim has no legs. Other claims on Elite Caper9 provided very little evidence aside from the fact that he did their capes. He has done multiple capes since the incident.

Elite Caper9, I was the one who requested your TWC, and I do approve of its removal.

 

I support removal also.
