    This user was having an issue making a thread so I offered to make one for him. I do not have any connection to this user and I hold no opinion toward this dispute.

    This user is utterly audacious because he shows complete disregard to the consequences of his actions. I couldn’t get some of the more important piece of dialogue because he’s simply removed the text on skype. I’ve had to take my time on this report as I’ve been busy with my job. Now, he accuses me, after completing his cape, of stealing items that I simply had no access to. For example, in figure 1, he asks whether I need his full Guthans, keep in mind I DID NOT have his bank pin and have therefore no way of accessing, if he even has it, full Guthans, I tell him that I don’t need the complete set but just the plate and legs which comes to about 600-700k. This probably the more obvious example of where his story isn’t adding up and he’s got some kind of agenda.

    Secondly, I completed his cape at around 1am. I subsequently message him, as I always do, letting him know his cape has been completed and he’s free to log in/ change pass/ make sure everything is in order. Now, I know everything is okay because he vouched me and you only vouch someone when you seen everything is okay. A full 4 hour later, Figure 2, he says I’ve somehow miraculously got into his account via and I quote “Facebook affiliations” of which I have no idea how that works with Runescape because, Firstly, I don’t use Facebook. Also, he did have a bank pin and the gear I used for his cape totals about 3-4m ( he says I stole 18m ) ???
    He said on my thread he was on a break and later realized he lost his gear but that can’t be because he’s vouched me on thread? Surely, you only vouch someone once you satisfied everything is as you would expect?

    Now, this user I was given bank pin and I saw he had 7m in bank and around 5m in items, he claims he’s lost 27m, it’s just absurd. It’s somewhat my fault because I normally don’t like to take someone’s bank pin but he was in a rush and it was very late in the night. I didn’t take payment because I it’s a principle of mine to only take payment when A) I am about to start it, B) after I’ve completed it. When I logged onto his account, like I said on Skype at the time, it was to check his gear was in order as I requested, it was. It was then I saw his 7m cash stack so where he got this 27m number from I don’t know. He certainly didn’t have that. I had a cape to do before his and I explained to him on skype I would do it after 2 hours. I completed the other guy’s cape and felt super tired and just decided to do it early in the morning.

    I woke up to a hurl of abuse and a whole host of posts on my thread with how I scammed him which I will always remain adamant is a complete and utter nonsense. I wouldn’t ever dream of taking anybody’s gold. I’ve completed over 50 capes so far and had access to wealthy banks and accounts with amazing stats that if I were to do something wrong would be 500+ hours down the drain. I never failed anybody and never had any issues with anybody.

    Just recently, I had been trusted with 110m bank and he was completely satisfied. I will attach that vouch to this thread.

    I had plans to become a donator to the site and establish trust between me and my customers. I pride myself in creating an environment where scamming isn’t something I want the customer to even allow into their thoughts. I work hard, tirelessly to create that. It’s now been wiped with two complete morons and I can do nothing about it.

    When I look at this incident, I see how exposed service providers are. For example, 3 customers could order 3 separate capes on 3 separate accounts. They could have their capes and everything appears normal. But then, because of w/e reason, say they’ve been scammed and plug numbers out the air as to amount they been scammed and Sythe staff will favour the customer, as is the case here. I’m disappointed but I hope justice, truth, honesty, will prevail.

    Here's my issue with your behavior. You are offering a service where you are accessing your customers' sensitive login information. Two customers in a span of 24h, who YOU confirmed used your service, both complain of you stealing their items.

    Your response? To try and get their posts deleted, and not give their complaints any merit. You try to paint some picture like these kids buying a Firecape want to sabotage your business after you successfully completed their orders. Guess what, they aren't.

    While it's difficult to prove, in my experience (and trust me, I have a lot of experience), people don't waste their time on things where they have nothing to gain. These users have absolutely no vested interest in your Firecape business, aside from their orders. They are not blackmailing you, they are not competing with you. They are your customers and they were scammed by somebody, coincidentally both right after using your service.

    The idea that you think you can just try and have them silenced when they are making a legitimate complaint shows your lack of responsibility and likely malicious intent.

    I think you are lucky to have just a TWC.
