Personal information of a scammer

I dont know where to post this , i believe it fits this topic the best.

I have been scammed last week my a Sythe verified user, so i i hope i could get his personal info, to help me win paypal chargeback case.I have already contacted mod/admin , but none o them helped me.If anyone can guide me further , i would really appreciate it.I have only 2 days left, untill paypal closes the case.

From what I remember they're only allowed to disclose the information to the relevant authorities when an investigation is made, which pretty much makes SVU useless except for the largest scale scams/frauds.

Best of luck with your chargeback dispute though.
