Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
N/A --> User complained about nothing being done after a report was dealt with. Was accused of scamming 30m 07gp dicing, user reported me (I paid but didnt have a screenshot of me paying, so Cas M ruled in favor of the other user). I gave the other user 30M 07.

I did not request the TWC at the time because I saw no need after the refund.
It was a sketchy, weird and hard situation to handle, but I'm glad you got over it.
