Username Image System Rewritten

Hello Sythe people-

I've just finished rewriting the username images system. This has been an extensive rewrite of the system to make the entire username images process simpler for everyone and has been about a month or so in the making. These updates should also make username image approval much faster.

Old process:
- You submit username image URLs
- We review them and upload them to the server manually
- We approve the request and they go active

New process:
- You upload images directly to Sythe
- We review them and as soon as we approve them they go active

The old process had a huge bottleneck because only two people could upload images to the Sythe servers. Now, since we let you upload your own images, staff simply need to review and approve the images.

If you have username images in the old system, they will continue to work. The new system simply redirects to the old images automatically. If you want to submit new images, be sure to download your old ones first! Once you submit new images and they're approved in the new system, your images will be removed from the old system.

You don't have to reupload them. The old images will continue to work. However, if you upload ANY new images, you would have to reupload any you want to keep since the old images will be deleted.
