    Best afk melee train method?
    What is the best afk melee training method for 07?

    Are bandits still 100% afk?
    Is the nightmare zone really 100% afk?
    Any other methods out there?

    Best afk melee train method?
    Nightmarezone 100% afk with guthans. If not guthans you can use prayer potions and only look at your account to re-dose ppots. You can also do it with a rock cake and absorbtion potions

    Afk guthans - up 6 hrs afk
    Afk pray pots nmz - up to ~2-3 min depending on pray lvel
    Afk rock cake/abs - up to 30 sec since you have to flick prayer

    Join the fc "07 guthan"

    You will need these quests to start a NMZ session with their hosts. Just pay 20k and you are ready to start the 6 hour afk session. Recommended to have at least 70/70/70 or you will die.

    nmz is best dependent up on what quests you have completed, should search it on youtube for best quests to what and what not have completed for the best outcome.

    NMZ is surely the best XP but with overloads and prayer pots it's not so AFK :p you can use guthans thoo but thats not the best XP

    im 70/67/70 and it works fine for me but yeah do those quests and find a booster at world 375 (for guthans, 330 for others)

    Best afk melee train method?
    If you want Def/Atk/Str Exp (Because guthans every attack style on the spear has shared.) Then go to world 375, pay 20k and AFK. Other than that, You can semi-afk @ nmz

    Best afk melee train method?
    Personally when I'm on the computer, I grab max strength / staff of the dead & rock cake down to 1hp (also overloaded). I then absorb up to 1000 & just look back at it now & again, overload when I have too & absorb pot whenever. This method will get you like 80k/phr & very 'AFKable'.

    When I'm asleep however I use the guthans method. So far I have maxed out 3 accounts doing this.
