    We presently have 11 backend servers across four providers (for redundancy), and we need more. But before we can get more we need to restructure away from our current replication model. That is top of my list of things to do presently. However working with a live database is difficult and the restructure needs to be done without downtime. We need to be extremely careful with the database as many businesses depend on it. They depend both on the security of the database and the integrity of the database. Downtime is also very very bad for our google rankings and must be avoided.

    My goal at the moment is traffic and userbase growth. The only way to get growth is to improve our core functionality. That means making the site faster generally and easier to use on mobile. That means lots and lots of work behind the scenes. When I do my job correctly all you notice is that the site is faster and easier to use.

    Adding new features is indeed at the bottom of the todo list at this time. Sorry if that's an issue for you.
