So basically I've provided proof of ID and of address what should i expect as their response? anyone has dealt with this before?

 

Yes i've dealt with it before. As long as ur proofs are valid (fully uncensored) they will restore your account. Usually takes a few days, you could try contacting them otherwise.

Yeah, it's normally pretty quick. If you call them up and ask "is what I've submitted sufficient" it might get expedited.

What do you mean by taxes? I'm not American or this is something do to with PP?

 

European countries love their taxes, and after a certain amount Paypal reports your income to your local government. I don't know the specifics obviously but it's worth researching online.

Lol yeah they won't(can't) take anything directly from your Paypal. However, new AML requirements post financial crisis makes it more likely that income is reported to your countries revenue service as well.
