Scammed by Busta305sale

Background - i gave busta 167m gold on oldschool to sell for paypal cash. i am already short on rent. his live chat is down/under maintainence and i am unable to contact him. i met him in varrock i also got pics of the trade. i gave him the gold and he said his accountant will send the cash although i havent gotten it its been a while and he has been off skype and not responding. i believe he may have blocked me and i still have not received the cash. i also have my paypal screenshot to prove no ppayment received. mod please review below pics.

if need more proof i have all and can easily prove anything. still not received the cash. i just want refund now for my gold.
also i removed my pp email from chat log for privacy concern.

i have always used his livechat to sell gold for the past year. when i had stock, his website was down for a very long time. i double checked his skype and i ensured i did not add an imposter.
i did not foresee such a circumstance as i have not had problems with busta, and i do not use sythe.
there is another scam report on him and it is clear from sellerman he was hacked. his sythe was compromised as well as skype. i do not see how a sythe pm would have helped me. i was speaking to the right skype account. if his website was up i would have gone there, but i really had no choice.

i still need assistance. im overdraft now because of rent..

it seems busta is still banned.. im still dry on the money and havent received so i have obviously been scammed by his hacker..
