How many hours of sleep do you have a day?

5-8 a day. 7 on weekends.

 

Throughout high school, I would get 9 hours of sleep. I would go to bed at 10:00 on school nights. Now that I am in college, I've been sleep deprived. Not due to studies.. due to friends.. So much easier to hang out and forget the time. I do study and I am actually at work sifting through sythe and studying for my tests today haha! I get about 5-6 hours usually however I got 2 last night and I don't feel too bad... I'll most likely take a nap today after some Frolfing

 

Typically 6-8 hours depending on what I'm doing that night... I'm always busy, I work full time, I have two dogs, my own place to take care of, a girlfriend whom I live with that has needs, bills and errands.... So I try to hit 8 hours all while trying to squeeze some time in for Rs. I sleep in on weekends though .

 

Week/workdays, around 5-7 hours at the most.

Weekends, 9-12+ hours, but this is normally after being awake 20+ hours straight.

 

4.5-5.5 hours lately.

I've developed this awful habit of waking up an hour or so before my alarm for work.

 

Recently around 3-5, the last few weeks though I am attempting to sleep more, so around 6-7 hours lately.

 

I like to get 8 exactly, 6 atm due to exams.

 

college days around 6-8 hours a night

weekend 8-10 hours a night

 

About 7 hours a night average.

 

6-8, otherwise I can't function.

I get full 8hrs of sleep or maybe 9 max. When school starts i usually get max around 5-6hrs. Yea i know bad rofl but this is what you have to go through to get to your goals and after you achieve them maybe your life will be hell of a lot better.

 

Normally between 10 and 12 hours but recently only been getting around 7 hours.

 

About 8-10 hours on average. I love sleep. I'll sleep all day. I'll sleep all night.

 

Been getting around 7 on schooldays and like 10 on weekends

 

Recently 5-7 because I'm swamped with work, but usually a solid 9 except on Sunday nights where I get around 3.

 

yesterday i only had about 4hrs kept waking up because of the dam commercial calls

 

I typically get 4-5 a night which is better than the 2-3 I got last semester.

 

Around 8-10 =P

 

Average of 7-10 hours.
