Just a question, I assume we will obviously be notified if we are accepted, but will we be notified if we are denied? And if so, when would we be notified?

 

I would apply but I dont know if I would have a lot of time since I have big projects coming soon.

Why do you want to join the team? I think its time I do something to help Sythe, Alot of people question my character and while I have no scam reports(never have), I think staff and the community is overall unsure of what to make of me, I dont really have alot of friends on sythe, just customers, perhaps this will change that.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
My marketing skills, activity, Positive attitude.


How often are you on Sythe each week?

I would say 50-85 hours(anywhere from 5-15 hours/day)

Do you have anything to add?

Yes, I have a twc, If I dont get accepted its not a huge deal to me, If I do I'l try my best to help you guys out, this is simply an attempt to reach out and show some character/give back to sythe by doing something other then dropping money on it.​

Why do you want to join the team?

I have been eager to participate more on the sythe forums. I have been looking for ways to do this but havn't found any that suit my abilities. However, once reading this I realized that I could actually make a difference. Therefore I am excited by this opportunity to help make sythe a more community and friendly family.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I am a very resourceful guy. I dont sit around waiting for things to get done, I get them done myself. If you need me to do something I will get it done ASAP. Even when you don't need me to do things I will foresee the issue and resolve it before it even happens.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
To be honest, my activity on Sythe has been lacking lately. This is due to a lack of motivation to continue my activity on the site. However, with this opportunity to contribute I believe I will be active on Sythe at least a few hours every day.

Do you have anything to add?
I may not be the most obvious person to pick for this position but as you stated in your OP, you want people to take risks. I am asking you to take a risk on me and let me show you what I can do for this forums.

 

Why do you want to join the team? I've been around the Sythe Community for quite some time now, I finished up schooling last year, and I am back on sythe, I may have low Post-Count, but I believe use-less posts are well, useless.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team? Well, I currently have my Electrical Engineering Degree, and Am working as a District Manager for a Fortune 500 Company, Now you're probably wondering what that has to do with Sythe, Being a District Manager and manager 100+ Employee's means I constantly have to keep my team Engaged and motivated. We run events between our stores to ensure maximum profits, Example:

1.) Who can upsell the most ( winner gets gift card etc)
2.) My favourite, our positive feedback reward, the employee's that get the best "reviews" (Determined by Myself) receives a bonus (Gift-card, cash)
These are just two of many.

Now keep in mind, none of this is in my job description, All of the prizes come out of my own pocket. I thoroughly enjoy running contests and events, and coming up with unique way to surpass the other District Managers.
(I hope you're able to see how this would contribute)

How often are you on Sythe each week?: On average 5-6 Hours daily. As i browse at work.

Do you have anything to add? I know i may not have the reputation that some other applicants have, but I can assure you with picking me, you will not go wrong. I'll give 110%, Pull my own weight, and make sure the Creativity shows.

I want to join the team not to promote myself in any way, but rather to help the rest of the community out to the best of my abilities. Although being part of the CDT is one of my dreams here on Sythe, I don't plan to use it for the fame or trust, but rather to help the newbies (like myself) learn the ropes here in Sythe.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

From the post itself, I think I meet most of the qualifications.
- 1st criterion: I wouldn't call myself a master of creativity, but I have some pretty interesting ideas in mind.
- 2nd criterion: I'm willing to devote my time to participate in as many community-related things as I can, and I'm willing to assist others to the best of my abilities.
- 3rd criterion: If ever I do have an idea in mind, I won't be afraid to share and utilize it, and in the event that it doesn't turn out the way I wanted it to, I'll just try to learn from my mistakes there to improve other ideas.
- 4th criterion: I'm willing to devote a majority of my time to the community.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

About 50-70 hours, but I don't stay focused on Sythe for the entirety of that time (like I watch anime/movies/do other productive things in the meantime.)

Do you have anything to add?

I know that my chances of being accepted are really slim since my time in Sythe is nowhere near as much as most of the other members applying for this position. However, I am on my summer break (March-June), so I can be EXTREMELY dedicated and active for the next few months, I guess. I'm willing to advertise any of the upcoming Sythe events in my signature/posts/etc. I'm currently broke so I guess I won't be able to sponsor anything, I'm afraid :/
