How many hours of sleep do you have a day?

Curious since I feel as I sleep alot, how many hours of sleep do you guys have a day?​

 

Not as much as I would like to. 4-6 hours.

 

On school days, I usually get like 2-4 hours now

 

5-8 hours. I'll wake up early sometimes to sleep better later on.

 

I sleep for about 8 hours per day and no less than 6 hours.

 

Around 6 hours, but I should really get more sleep. When I sleep 8+ hours I feel so much more awake and able to retain information.

 

I try for 8 every night, but it doesn't always happen. At least 7 though.

 

Recently 4-6. not ideal by any means.

 

Pisses me off how much it varies but anywhere from 4-9 lol

College nights its often lower for some reason, holidays and weekends I doze in for 12+ hours

 

6-8 depending on the day.

 

7-8 usually, can be less.

 

No alarm clock needed my passion wakes me.

Back in highschool I averaged somewhere between 4-6 hours a night.

Now, I make it a point to get enough sleep and sleep anywhere from 7-9 hours depending on the day.

 

~ 4 hours a night. Then a catch-up on the weekend ~ 10 hours.

I end up getting 6-8 hours a night, but I always wake up feeling tired and can't get back to sleep...

 

It really varies by the day. During the week, it ranges between 2-6 hours a night, and during weekends I get close to 10 hours a night.
