I made a mistake lol.

Hello today i realised how much i actually needed scythe and how stupid i was. Although i did not commit an offence on POKER4GP i did commit an offence on an old scythe account called waddle95 what happened was a friend of mine bought rsgp from divicasales but used my email because it was me collecting the gp in game. Around 2 weeks later he did a chargeback which i was not aware of when i went to purchase from divicasales again i was told i wont receive my gold until i pay the outstanding chargebacks and as i had already paid $70 this meant i was left confused and angry i contacted my friend by going to his house his response was i have lost my money and he is sorry when i asked why he chargebacked he said because he quit runescape and wanted his money back i warned him this could have legal consequences for me if divicasales decided to pursue a claim against me he sort of shrugged it off since then me and the friend have never spoken and i want to apologise for mine and the ex friends actions i did not know i was liable for a ban on this account as i thought it was a fresh start i am request an unban please if not i understand and would like to know what i can do to use sythe without getting banned again.

Okay so pretty much i made that post a few days ago, I have been in contact with divica sales and they had my email on record but never found a chargeback. When they got the report it turns out i made a mistake it wasnt divica who got chargebacked on it was feelgewd (www.rsmoneypouch.com) Now this is a problem because feelgewd is inactive and his site hasnt sold gold in over 2 weeks, (according to feedback) and the original report has expired push links, So i am trying to find out what i can do now since the victim is no longer active and i have no way of contacting him and the scam was from the sythe name "datssseller" Please get in contact with me and tell me what i can do.

Like i tried to explain rsmoneypouch already confiscated $70 from me when i tried to use a paysafecard... And also i dont know the paypal address as it was my friend who bought the gold not me and i believed he used skrill which i dont have. Can you unban me or not? because im just going round in circles here, Feelgewd hasnt been active on his site in days according to his feedback and i just want to get unbanned please.

I have tried this also i think he may have blocked my skype or hes just not online been trying to get ahold of his livechat since 12pm GMT and also his skype... each attempt has failed and this chargeback was over 1 year ago maybe even 2 i mean i am trying to pay compensation that i shouldnt even be paying i was just dumb letting my friend use my email... if i thought i was in the wrong i wouldnt have tried to buy more gold off feelgewd and then lose my $70 and then donate $50 on sythe and try run a legit website...

I have already tried to contact him via skype either he has me blocked or just wont reply and he also hasnt been active in days according to sources. Im the one paying a debt that isnt mine because of my email being used... im sick of going round in circles can you please contact feelgewd for me because im getting no where if i thought i was in the wrong here i wouldnt of bought gold from him again and lost $70 and i also wouldnt of donated $50 on sythe.

Hey dave thanks for replying on my thread, For around 3 days now ive been checking www.rsmoneypouch.com regularly, waiting for feelgewd to get online but the site has not been active in a while. Now i am beginning to lose patience because i am trying to pay a debt that is not mine, I cannot get into contact with feelgewd in any form (skype, email, livechat on website.) And whenever i PM sythe staff on skype to help me i get ignored or told to "gtfo nerd" (blaze boy) also have screenies of him saying that, Not only am i trying to make a good gesture i am trying to redeem my reputation within the sythe community, So can we please come to a conclusion soon.

 

You should add his skype, not message his livechat. Add live:jeazy1 on skype

Once again thanks for reading my post.. But as i said previously dave feelgewd is not answering skype/livechat/email his site still is not active same as his skype....

Let me check an old teamspeak that he frequents, if there's nothing there/they have no means of contacting him, you should be able to pardon after a month's time has passed of you attempting to contact him

 

Wait - do you owe this money to rsmoneypouch or to feelgewd himself, cause I recall you message me on Skype saying something about the site not being his anymore?

He was active two days ago, so finding Feelgewd shouldn't be difficult, but if you scammed the website and he doesn't own it anymore then that's a different story.

Nevertheless I've PMed feelgewd again, if he doesn't respond then we'll just let you continue

 

Rsmoneypouch is owned by MMORPG, and is online roughly 24/7.
It was rented out to feelgewd for a long time, but he quit a while back.
You can contact me on the website every workday and saturday 10am to 6 pm GMT +1 to get this chargeback resolved.
