Though there are NO IP MATCHES, his supposed new skype account's DISPLAY name is almost (coincidence?) identical to his old skype account's SKYPE NAME:

It can't be a coincidence that after my initial report 2 days ago, the same skype user with a VERY SIMILAR skype display name adds me about questing:








Note: he had the AUDACITY to add me, pretends not to know me, and tries to haggle me down for a low price for questing as he did before and yet still hasn't paid me what he owes; he then removes me immediately from his contact list.

I've recently banned kill4cash for ban evading as seen in this report: http://www.sythe.org/report-ban-evader/1804715-hollohan-ban-evading.html

However, I'm not seeing any match between yaseenpwns and kill4cash.

yeh, most likely different individuals; it's just that the display name of kill4cash was so similar I couldn't believe it. kill4cash was just an anomaly out of the coincidence but ends up scamming and ban-evading on sythe and powerbot.
