Reason(s) for being ban:
Deadlysin - Selling a phished Microsoft account
Temperature - Ban evasion

Why I should be unban:

Honestly I was looking back at my nostalgia of sythe (the good ol' days) and remembered my old account name Temperature. I looked it up on members list to see my old posts and enjoy chats I had with people who became my best friends out of sythe (tastedirt and orangeoranges) . We now even after 7 years chat via text weekly and it was all because of sythe that gave us a solid friendship. I saw my account was ban which was a utterly random to me because all I remember was being an outstanding part of community by reporting threads that were against rules and not being a complete troll. I also racked up a nice amount of vouches from my time using that account with various users including account leveling for users. It did not make sense to me because I never remember ban evading that's when I remember I quit a old username because I forgot password and email attached to the account (user - deadlysin) so I decided to find out why the account was ban in the first place because I was clueless on this also.

After a bit of digging I found my reason for being ban was false accusing of selling a phished Microsoft account. This was incorrect and was even defended by a person that I did not even know at the current time (orangeoranges - we became friends after). I did not know this account was ban at the time of the creation of Temperature as the same with this account. I just forgot the password (remembered it today) leaving me with the only option of making new because I did not know they had account recovery.

I am sorry for making it seemed like I was selling a phished account and if needed I will hunt for my old XBL information (gave to a friend) and prove I was owner of account. In the thread some one accused me of having a credit card linked to the Microsoft account and for some reason the moderator at the time thought because of that it was phished. It was in fact stating that my mother's credit card at the time paid for the membership (xbl) not that it was on the account for anyone to use. I did not intend to get my account ban for this and if moderator at the time requested proof I would of gladly shown them but instead I was ban with no say at all.

I am also sorry for ban evading (now apparently twice) but I can honestly say both times I had no idea the other accounts were ban. I understand if this account becomes TWC or ban. I do wish when Temperature is unban (if done) that self-requested ban is done on this account and deadlysin and that Temperature account is used as my account name because it has most of my memories on it also my most vouches I was proud of (was becoming a respect RS market user). Temperature = main but self-requested ban for other two accounts so I am not accused again for ban evasion. Will link both accounts on signature at all times if requested to show other users old accounts I had.

As you can see in not only this account (500+ dollars in trades) & temperature (alot of vouches) that I was always pro-support for this community. I also kept active in forums when not posting by reporting posts that did not follow rules. I have not or have tried to scam or sell accounts that were not mine. I even traded my runescape account that the user still owns today for three cs 1.6 accounts. Since the beginning I had no intentions of scamming or anything along those lines. I love this community not only because I met two great people but the amount of caring people it does have and it has a great marketplace.

Thanks for making this viewable. I would like to also say sorry for ban evading on this account. As previously stated was not my intention and I'm coming clean. I understand and accept my ban if that is what the decision is but clearly I am showing and have shown to be positive member of this community. I have shown I have no intention of hacking or scamming also that I have come forth even though I can guarantee that I would of been able to be apart of this community without anyone knowing because I quit my old skype (Ex-girlfriend hacked and hacked my email out of rage) and also email so everything is new. Also I have moved since so my ip address would not match.

I am simply trying to say I have been and always have been a honest member since 2007 with no intention of scamming or selling illegal accounts. Even if accused I am sorry that moderator at the time was confused of situation. I love this community and would love my old account back.

Also if possible to change temperatures join date to December 2nd, 2007 which was the original join date for deadlysin but I no longer want or use that account. It would mean a lot to me to have my old join date to sythe. 7 years yeedawg

or if possible to merge deadlysin and muffin much accounts into Temperatures to keep my vouches for all three and have these accounts removed. Honestly I would rather this option but I feel like it is not possible. If not that is fine

I will link these accounts on sythe profile if requested to show my old accounts so others can see my previous accounts.

Banned your current account btw, you can submit a new reply without creating an account and just mention it being a reply to this thread

 

If you do not mind add me to skype (sent request) because I do not wish to post my mother's name and address on here for people to see. Also the account doesn't have credit card on account since it was given for friend to use and card obviously would of been expired after seven years. All I can show is the account billing info and whatever you request of me (idk what to show honestly)

I can not get a hold of friend who holds the current account information. I have contacted on facebook with no success. I have no control over the account anymore since when I could not sell and I no longer could go on xbox I gave the account to my friend, Caleb. He has all information in his name and no way I could recover. Only way possible is to contact him but as I said I am unable to. All I have is the Xbox live gamer tag that I remember he used (he always uses same name if avaliable).

I do wish to still have a chance to pardon even since I can not prove I still have account. In no way does my thread from deadlysin make it seem like account was phished because it was not. Since than I have only positively impacted the community and not have one scam report at all filed towards either temperature or muffin much. I want to be apart of this community and will be upsetting if the only reason I am not is because a retired staff read my thread wrong which lead to my ban. He never asked how the xbl points were purchased or anything just ban me without say.

I have read the rules and did back than so from day one I knew selling phished/hacked/stolen accounts was against tos and would lead to ban.

I have come forth and not alot of people do that. I am sure there are ban evaders who are in this community hiding but I didn't want to be one of them. I want my old account, Temperature, to build my rep up as the #1 arcane legends gold seller also get big into rs07 gold/accounts.

Please don't hold me not being able to recover or obtain proof of account. I am sorry I can not provide and took me so long to post because I was hunting and trying to contact. I believe personally everything I have mentioned in thread earlier shows I am no harm to the community nor have I ever. I am willing to two step verify my account or even provide my photo ID to staff to show I want to be here.

I have been checking my daily almost to the point hourly to see any updates by no avail. I know you guys are really busy but at this point I am going to get denied for 6 more months because no one can take the time to review the evidence which is pretty obvious THAT I was not in the wrong. It's just really hard for me to understand a guy who scams but repays is easily pardoned but I have to pm every staff member on sythe and skype with still zero replys. It kinda makes me upset knowing I have a better chance of getting a pardon if I scammed a guy than doing nothing but having I guess a misleading thread (tbh it's not misleading but mod I doubt even read it before ban). I have been trying my hardest to get someone to reply to me and give me the time of day but I am at the point of giving up hope.

Since my ban I have even done a trade for 20m 07Scape gold for 9m arcane legends gold where the other user went first and it went smooth. Check the vouch below
