Check out designbyhumans.com. I don't go there anymore since the designs are cool but they're not necessarily what you want for a T shirt imo but it'll fit the bill perfectly for you. Like x1000 bigger than the site you linked.

Jackthreads, they have some good t shirts, but they have a lot of "actual" clothes (suits, peacoats, etc.)

You won't find cheap customized graphic tees, you're pretty much limited to what you mentioned.
