Chargebacked Jagex

Hmmmm Just realised I've got terrible luck when it comes to posting my successes online, somehow it always bites me back in the ass just like when I lost my yellow phat, so I'll keep this as hush as possible lol, thanks for all the great replies

I wouldn't mess around with chargebacks with anyone, unless you really deserved it. This thread encourages people unintentionally lol.

 

I think they'd have better luck just giving your money back and blacklisting your paypal email.

I was just frustrated after constant losses of money and thought screw Jagex for screwing me, I mean what I did wasn't exactly unfair just getting back what I had no chance in using.

But yeah I wouldn't recommend doing that to anyone on here lol, seen far too many scammers do that.

 

What if Jagex posted a dispute here saying you CBed them. I'd lol.

But no srs, you scammed Jagex.

 

Walking a fine line between getting your accounts banned. I've heard of people getting banned due to chargebacks but some people have the option of paying it back to get unbanned.

 

i have been banned and i charged back my banned accounts and got my money, they ban me and dont let me use the rest of my mems idgaf

 

My friend also charged back on jagex lol. Only because he got banned 1min after logging in.

But I mean even if they ban the account, it was stolen from me in the first place and they banned my other one, couldn't get it appealed as they had no means of communication. But just wanted to hear if anyone else had done this lol, was my first time trying to chargeback, was just so pissed that they'd charge me after I tried to get the account back for a whole month :/

 

Why would you do that? They provided the services to you that you paid for yet you chargeback? It is scamming and is not a very respectable thing to do especially to the company that supplies us this game..

 

Couldn't really use what they had charged me for, especially for the whole 2 months. If the account was shutdown and subsequently stolen then why not cancel the recurring instead of leaving me to pick up the pieces and try and recover the account for a whole month and a half only to find out its been recovered by someone else lol
