I would be 110% happy to do this, but it seems as if the victim of my crime was also banned, I looked at there profile to see I could find there skype or any other kind of contact information and I couldn't find anything there either.

From what I can recall this was the only time I ever scammed anyone, the main thing that I was doing on Sythe was selling ssgp and when my supplier fell through I acted foolishly and took someone else's money. Also I made a new account but only posted once, so ban evasion as-well but I have already confessed this to staff.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

A few months ago I had a SoulSplit gold shop that I was running and business was good. But then one day something happened and we weren't getting our gold for the shop anymore. I already had customers lined up and so instead of doing the right thing and just send them packing, I decided to take there money and run like a coward.

I seriously hate the theft mentality more than anything these days... I started working since this occurrence and it has really put into perspective what the value of a dollar is, it also really made me realize how truly fucked up of a thing it is to steal from someone because they probably busted there ass for every single one of those pennies. It is because of this I ask you to allow me to join into your community again, and I give you my word not to betray that trust if it is granted.

I had already tried to look this guy up on skype but it looks like the skype no longer exists.

I have been trying to contact the victim and have been unsuccessful, Dave even added him and he hasn't responded, what should I do?

 

I'm gonna go ahead and support this, there's proof of attempting to contact him and I trust that Grant will do so when/if the user returns.
