Need an admin to investigate asap please

Was banned on soulsplit for buying ssgp. Their evidence showed my thread and they ran ip tests on it. I need to know if there is a way that an admin can view who visited my page or requested an ip look up. There are trade logs in the evidence as well.

 

There is no way from anyone from soulsplit to see the IP that you posted the thread from. They cannot request it, the staff don't share people's IP addresses. Most likely you traded with a SS mod or informant. You could maybe get a list of people who saw your thread but I doubt that'll narrow it down.

also in the market section where you can look up prices and recent offers, the usernames don't show next to it. Is it possible that 0o000 or whatever was a market mod?

 

They ran your skype and found your ip, matched it with your soulsplit account and banned you.

 

Didn't think of that, they could have used a tool to resolve your IP address from skype and matched it to your account. Since you list your skype in the threads you got banned :/

Any mod can see your IP, they don't have to look it up to do so. But them colluding with SS staff is a lot less likely.

 

especially since certain private server staff have been banned just for being private server staff.

 

Likely from Skype ip, that they linked. Especially if you ever made a call.

 

so they ran my ip on sythe which makes sense. my skype is listed in my profile, also makes sense. but wouldn't it have to be someone i dealt with though for instance i know the sythe username for the 0oo0 account. Is it possible he was the mod?

 

so basically if i never linked my skype to my sythe they wouldn't have found me. although the trade screens could have set off some flags for investigation

 

that's why i would like to know if sythe can check my sythe profile visits and see who visited it recently to try to find the ip of the reporter

 

Nope, wouldn't have to be someone you dealt with. I could resolve your IP and report it to SS staff.

Failing to see how knowing this would help.

 

Can I just say from personal experience, pim, the owner of SS is known to prowl sythe and then ban members who he trades. I was once a partner with him on here without knowing it, he waited for me to get a huge stock and then banned me on there. Sucks bigtime.

 

Sounds like he's keen on DDoSing but maybe that's just me...

 

are you referring to me? I just want to know if there is a way sythe can see if a registered user viewed my profile and clicked my ip link. that way if it does come back to a sythe user they can be banned

 

There is no such thing as "clicking an IP link"

Only staff can see it, and even if someone happened to view it that isn't evidence that they used it against you (which isn't allowed).

Its a lot more likely someone resolved your SKYPE ip, then banned the SS account associated with it.

 

sounds fair enough. lesson learned: don't keep skype name in sythe profile if you aren't using vpn
