    GoldRS3.com is a pain in the ass

    But they always get the job done.. Never been scammed or ran around by them.

    But Jesus Christ, are they horrible at customer service.. Anyone else have some horror stories with them?

    It's rumored that asian customer service representatives use translator tools to talk with foreign individuals. If that's true, it explains a lot.

    GoldRS3.com is a pain in the ass

    I haven't used them personally but I've used another trader who flat out refused to do anything to help once payment had been sent, despite the fact it would take no more than a couple of seconds of effort. It surprises me how big traders can have such awful customer service just because they do legitimate business.

    I doubt everyone who goes big is like that, but I've heard similar things about others too.

    Edit: If what ghast posted above is true then it's clear some people don't have standards anymore.

    Shop around, there are a few English speaking vendors on Sythe. You may even stumble across a better price.
