I've been a memeber for almost 3 years now and for some reason latly when i log in and go check my ip thing it has random sythe accounts that are hooked with mine? is it bc of the vpn i've been using?


i dont really feel like getting banned if thats the reason..

Please note that just because two users have posted from the same IP does not necessarily mean both accounts are owned by one person. Quite often people are posting from public places (universities, coffeeshops, and cellphones) and this may cause two unrelated users to be linked in this table. This search only gives you a rough idea that accounts might be linked, it is by no means definitive.

Yeah, that's why it's happening. I probably match 100 banned accounts, but thankfully, mods can see the source of those IPs. Just vpning once in a while won't get you banned.

 

The ip audit isn't a definitive source that indicates you're tied to 'x' and 'y'. It more or less gives you an idea that a specific person may be related to a different account.
