Requesting TWC on ducks4life

Hey I'd like to report ducks4life as he wanted to buy my level 3 account but does not want to go first nor use a VMM. He only wants me to go first and claims its a sign of trust that I wont recover. When asked for vouches he claims that hes sold and bought many times yet has no vouches.

(also seems like hes just scammed someone else for his main account that he has for sale)

So if possible with the proof presented, this member of sythe is threat to others and should be hit with a ban or a twc.
