I don't want him to get banned; I just want him to pay me soon for the questing services I've done for the price we agreed on. He seems legitimate and hasn't had any bad reports in Powerbot:

However, it's been almost 3 weeks, and haven't receive the payment from him in either OSRS RSGP or Paypal. I spoke to him in a while and recently he's been scammed by an imposter of ibot4funn losing most of his bank - my sympathy towards him. However, he has enough funds to buy more OSRS gp as seen here:

Note: he's not very responsive and sometimes his replies are random all of a sudden. In a fit of anger/rage, he asked me to do the same scam together that was done to him by ibot4funn's imposter - please ignore this as he was pissed off after being scammed and it's understandable.
