Anyone Still Using XHTML or DHTML?

With HTML5 and CSS3 becoming more and more accepted by browsers and mobile operating systems is anyone still using XHTML or DHTML to build their front-end structure and user experience?

We prefer to write in HTML5/CSS3/JQuery for most of the front-end projects that we accomplish...

    What do you guys use?

Pretty much useless to use anything but HTML5/CSS3/JS for frontends these days. Even backends can use node.js which is decent.

The only people still using the old techs are big companies who'd rather pay to maintain the code than to get it upgraded.

esWebos, do you have any portfolio where I can see your HTML5/CSS3 work?

My company uses C++ for all of its backend stuff because all of their legacy code is written in C++ and its far easier to just hook into it if we use C++.

Yeah I know the feeling, my buddy has a job at an insurance company where everything is still done in VB6.
