    He got scammed by some imposter, apparently put up a random scam report of cuts from the conversation he had from him.

    I get 3 angry pm's from him saying he's going to hit me off with the other guys IP.

    Going for a second opinion on this, since the OP of this is confirmed to be a scammer I feel like this was just a fake pissed off threat like we've all seen before.

    Not a fan of blackhat threats any day of the week.
    It could be a fake threat, but that's no excuse imo.

    My vote is on ban for blackhat threats.
